What People Say
The Founder

Ramona Martin is the founder of EverLoom, an inclusive education and family support organization grounded in learning, care, and connection. Originally from Germany, Ramona has worked with children and families across multiple countries, giving her a global perspective on inclusion and how children learn. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Master of Teaching in Special Education. As a Behavior Specialist, Ramona partners with educators and support teams to create environments where all children can thrive. Her empathy and lived experiences strengthen her commitment to creating systems where all learners and their families feel understood, supported, and valued. Before founding EverLoom, she spent years as a special education teacher and behavior therapist, witnessing how families often navigate systems not built for their children’s diverse needs. She created EverLoom to bridge that gap, offering individualized tutoring, behavior therapy, and respite care that honor the whole child and support the entire family. At the heart of Ramona’s work is a simple belief: belonging fuels learning. Through EverLoom, she helps children and families grow with confidence, compassion, and connection.
The Why
Families caring for children with developmental differences and behavioral challenges often feel unseen, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. The systems designed to support them can be fragmented, leaving gaps that deepen stress and isolation. EverLoom exists to change that. We provide individualized, evidence-based support that connects home, school, and community. Through collaboration, compassion, and structure, we create environments where children build confidence, families feel supported, and growth becomes possible. Together, we are creating a community grounded in care, learning, and kindness.
About

EverLoom was created from the belief that children and families thrive when they are understood, supported, and connected. After years working in public schools alongside neurodiverse students and their caregivers, we saw how often families felt unseen or overwhelmed by fragmented systems. EverLoom exists to offer a different experience. We bring together evidence informed practice, compassion, and deep collaboration to support the whole child and the people who love them. Through individualized tutoring aligned with learning goals, social skills groups built for connection, respite care that gives families space to breathe, and behavior support rooted in dignity and growth, EverLoom is a place where progress is shared and relational. Our work is guided by lived experience, academic preparation, educational practice, and personal commitment. With roots in special education and applied behavior analysis, we focus on building capacity, confidence, and joy. We value belonging, curiosity, partnership, and respect, knowing that children flourish when the adults around them do too. This is more than service delivery. It is a way of supporting families and honoring the complex and beautiful realities of neurodiverse lives. Welcome. We are glad you are here.
