"Ramona Martin is a phenomenal educator who consistently goes above and beyond to connect with students and meet them where they are. She has a rare gift for building genuine relationships, taking the time and care to truly know and value each child she works with. Ramona intuitively understands what motivates each student and uses that insight to encourage, support, and empower them. Her interventions are both creative and highly effective. Our daughter has worked with Ramona over the past five years and we have seen her grow in confidence, academic achievement and social connection. Ramona is truly one of the best providers in the Charlottesville area."
"Our son with autism and ADHD struggles with emotional regulation. Ramona took the time to observe his behaviors in school, build trust and identify his unique social and emotional needs. She really took the time to get to know him on a personal level. He quickly discovered that she was a person who he could open up to about his feelings and needs. Using all of the information she gathered, Ramona was able to build an evidence based plan to help him be successful in his school environment. She also helped us as parents to see how we could support him emotionally at home. We are so grateful to have Ramona in our life."
"Ramona has an incredible gift for connecting with students who have been overlooked. Our son had spent years failing in school until he entered Ramona’s classroom. She was the first person to identify his specific needs and, more importantly, the first to earn his trust. Her promise to stay by his side, no matter how difficult the day, changed everything for him. She didn't just teach him; she advocated for him."
"Beyond the exceptional care they provide our children, Ramona has become an invaluable confidante to us as parents. In the often overwhelming world of special needs parenting, she is one of the few people who truly see us and understand our struggles. We trust her expertise completely, but what we value most is how she supports and uplifts our entire family. We are endlessly grateful for Ramona and EverLoom, and feel incredibly lucky to know and learn from them."
